The Human Resource Partner will support the company management team of this manufacturing facility; providing day-to-day human resources support, advice and counseling for all employee relations matters.

Act as an expert on all people related programs, processes and procedures and recommend changes when repetition of issues indicate a negative trend
Participate in the development of departmental goals
Partner with Shift coaches to coordinate the staffing necessary to meet production demand
Prepare job descriptions
Conduct interviews
Complete reference/background checks
Work with HR to coordinate associate events/celebrations i.e. birthday, anniversary, family day picnic, holiday party

Requirements

BA/BS degree
7-10 years of experience
Prior experience in manufacturing environment
Strong computer skills, HRIS, Microsoft Office Suite, and other web based programs
Operational background such as prior Business Unit Ops Management experience is a great fit for this position
Energetic and engaging with the floor personnel
Experience supporting operational management team
